Welcome Autumn with New Anime!

Wow... It's been some time since I updated this blog. Haha... Since exams just ended, I myself have become a lazy person. Don't scold me, or blame me. I know my fault. Sorry about that. Haha...

Anyway, today I am going to introduce some new anime that will start airing this autumn season:
1) Clannad: After Story
>> The sequel to the popular anime, Clannad by Key Animation that started airing this year till the middle of the year. This sequel will focus on the continuation of Nagisa's story. Those who have been watching Clannad and are great fans of that series shouldn't miss this, for sure! It will start airing in Japan on the 3rd of Oct. So, we should be able to see the first episode next week after fansub groups have picked it up. I am sure one of them will since it's such a popular anime. Looking forward to it!

2) Vampire Knight Guilty
>> Another sequel to an anime called: Vampire Knight. Haha... As you can guess, this anime is about vampires. Suitable for people who love action anime and vampire stuff, with a little bit of romance threwn in together. Plus, this anime had a few hot guys too. Hehe... The first season started airing from the middle of the year and has just ended last month. It's been on the popular list. So, you can be sure it's good! So, hurry up and watch the first season, Vampire Knight if you haven't done so. Cause the second one will start airing on 6th of October. So, act fast~

3) Nodame Cantabile: Paris Chapter
>> Yet another popular anime, filled with music, and even more music plus really funny comedic stuff! I haven't watched it but I can tell that it's good. My friends also recommend it. Plan to watch it this holidays. There is also a real live action show called Nodame Cantabile too. I watched the first few episodes and it's good. If you have time, why don't you try out both of them? That's not a bad idea too. Haha...

4) Rosario + Vampire Capu 2

>> This is also the sequel to another anime: Rosario + Vampire. Hmm... I am not really sure about this anime since I haven't watched it before. But when I Wikied it, it seems to be pretty good. It's on my watch list too. Wow... I sure have lots of anime I want to watch this holiday. Haha...

So, that's about all the cool anime for the autumn season. Haha... All of them seem to be sequels. Others don't seem interesting to me. Anyway, if you have time, you can watch them at:

And other anime sites you know of. That's all for today!

Cardcaptor Sakura, my Fave!

Hey, everyone! I am going to start my first 'real' post for this blog. The first one was just a kind of intro. From now on, we are getting the 'real' stuff going. ^^ Well, for starters... I will do a review on an anime: Cardcaptor Sakura. It's created by CLAMP. It's in the mahou shoujo (magical girl) genre. This story's centred on a girl named Kinomoto Sakura, who was at first only a normal fourth-grader (you can say most mahou shoujo anime started off like this). Soon after. she found a Clow Book which had been left unattended for a long time in her basement. After calling our the name of a card (Windy) inside, she accidentally released all the cards in the book. Now with the help of Kero, she must regain all the cards with the Clow Key Kero has given her. Will she be successful? You will have to watch for yourself to find out.

During the whole process, she meets rivals, experiences faith and physical tests and finds her true love (though the boy, Syaoran only confessed to her in the second-last episode and Sakura was too dense to notice before that). Overall, it was a good anime with pretty catchy opening and ending songs. Most importantly, there's a lot of funny occasions and interactions between the characters. Some will really get you into a laughing fit. It will pretty much make you feel relax and happy watching this anime. The plot's quite good too (that's if you don't demand one that's too complicated). And Sakura wears lots of different, pretty outfits in this anime. Kawaii yo~ Here are some examples:

However, my review is based on the Japanese version of Cardcaptor Sakura. The dubbed version named 'Cardcaptors' isn't really good. A lot of scenes have been cut off (especially the romance parts) and the voices don't suit the characters. So, if any of you want to watch this anime, I would highly recommend that you DO NOT watch the English dub. You will not find this anime to be interesting anymore if you did. And for those who watched the dub but did not really like it, watch the Japanese version. It's what I did and this anime has become my favourite anime of all times! ^^

There's a total of 70 episodes. Haha... Kinda long rite?? So, good luck to those who want to watch it. If you are into the magical girl stuff with magic and a tinsy bit of romance, it's the anime for you~ There's also two movies apart from the anime. For girls, I think they would be satisfied only if the watched the 2nd movie. It pretty much concludes the love story between Sakura and Syaoran. Today's review would probably suit girls more. Sorry about that, for the guys. Next time, I will post a different genre of anime. Yeah! The first post is done! Though it did take me quite some time to finish this. Phew~Anyway, I hereby announced this post officially open to all. I hope it benefits some of you and if there are anything you want improving on, just leave a comment. Thanks! Enjoy~

Welcome to Animato no Sekai a.k.a Animation Studio!

Today's a special day. Maybe most of you will ask why... Well, I will tell ya. It's the official opening of this blog called 'Animation Studio'! Yeah! As its name and url suggested, this blog will focus more on the anime aspect. Random reviews of interesting anime that we have watch and probably some latest anime scoops will be posted here. So, it will be suitable for anime starters or even those who have known 'anime' for a long time.

The reason why we decided to do this blog isn't really specific or rather special in any way. I just thought that it might be fun to start one (I really love anime a lot), and my friend decided to help me with it. We wanted to venture into something new, besides introducing anime to people. Right now, we are managing this blog together. We really hope this blog will be excepted by a majority of people. And as we are first-time bloggers, please forgive us if there's anything not up to standard. Of course, we will try our best to improve our blogging skills and keep our blog updated frequently too. There are also some videos and cool gadgets which visitors can check out too. So, feel free to come back and visit anytime!

Here's to the success of 'Animation Studio'! Cheers! Everyone~
